What Procore is.
Procore is a construction management platform sold to contractors by product, and it says so plainly: "We charge an upfront annual fee by product and based upon your Annual Construction Volume (ACV)", which it defines as the total value of the construction work across your projects. Users are unlimited and included, its own page naming "not just your employees, but all other collaborators like clients, subcontractors, and vendors". It runs a page headed "Procore is for Small-Medium Contractors", so it does sell below the enterprise tier, but it publishes no figure, and no free tier or trial is shown on its pricing page.

Choose Procore if.
You are running commercial work at a scale where the annual fee is small next to a single dispute, and you need drawings, RFIs, submittals and cost management in one platform your client and your design team can also work in. That is a real need and Procore is built for it. Builtstraight does none of that. Take Builtstraight if you are running plots with subcontractors rather than a design team, and you want a number you can read without a call.
